Returns We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping. All returns from the United States are sent to our warehouse in Sweden. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team and we will cover the return shipping cost. Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
