Summary

Mini Rodini wants all customers to be able to use our website and shop with us, regardless of ability, technology, or assistive technology. We continuously work to improve the accessibility of minirodini.com and use WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our technical standard. We know that some parts of the website are not yet fully accessible. On this page, we describe how we work with accessibility, the issues we are aware of, and how you can contact us if you encounter a problem.

What this statement covers

This accessibility statement applies to minirodini.com, including product listings, product pages, cart, checkout, account, customer service information, and other pages that form part of our e-commerce experience. Some functions are provided by third-party suppliers, for example payment services, cookie management, customer service tools, or embedded content. We work to ensure that these parts are accessible as well.

Our objective

Our goal is for minirodini.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1 Level AA. WCAG is based on four principles: content and functionality should be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust across different technologies. We also follow developments related to the European Accessibility Act, EAA, for digital services.

How we work with accessibility

We work to make accessibility a natural part of design, development, content, and quality assurance.

This includes reviewing:

• colour contrast

• heading structure

• links and buttons

• forms and error messages

• keyboard navigation

• focus indicators

• alt text for images

• mobile responsiveness

• screen reader support

• accessibility in checkout and other important customer journeys

We test new and modified functionality using both automated tools and manual checks. We prioritise issues that affect the ability to find products, understand information, add items to the cart, complete a purchase, or contact customer service.

Current status We are working towards WCAG 2.1 Level AA but have not yet verified that the entire website meets all requirements. Our current assessment is that minirodini.com partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This means that many parts work well, but there are known issues that may affect users of assistive technologies, keyboard navigation, users with low vision, motor impairments, or cognitive needs.

Known issues

We are currently aware of the following accessibility issues:

Images and alternative text Some images may lack sufficiently descriptive alt text or have alt text that does not fully describe the purpose of the image. We are working to improve our routines for product images, campaign images, and editorial content.

Embedded content and third parties Some third-party components, such as chat, cookie management, reviews, video, or external widgets, may have limitations in their support for keyboard navigation, screen readers, or zoom.

Documents Some downloadable documents may need accessibility improvements.

If you need help

If you are unable to use part of the website, you can contact our customer service team. We are happy to assist with product information, sizing information, orders, returns, or other matters in an alternative way.

Email: [email protected]

Please describe which page or function the problem concerns, which device and browser you are using, and whether you use assistive technology, such as a screen reader or keyboard navigation. **

Report accessibility problems

We appreciate hearing from you if you discover accessibility problems on the website. This helps us prioritise the right improvements.

Contact us at [email protected] and describe the problem as clearly as you can.

How this statement was prepared

This statement is based on a combination of self-assessment, automated accessibility testing, manual checks, and reviews of prioritised customer journeys.

Our priorities going forward

We prioritise actions in the following order:

• Issues that prevent purchases, payments, returns, or contact with customer service.

• Issues that prevent keyboard navigation or use with a screen reader.

• Issues in recurring components, such as menus, filters, forms, and modals.

• Issues in editorial content, campaign areas, and documents.
