OUR SOCIAL STANDARDS

Mini Rodini believes that high quality and high social standards go hand in hand. That's why we work closely with our suppliers – not only to develop our collections, but also to support ongoing improvements in working conditions. All our suppliers are required to sign our Code of Conduct, which is based on internationally recognised frameworks, including the ILO Conventions and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. It outlines the fundamental rights and working conditions that must be respected – including fair wages, safe workplaces, reasonable working hours, and the right to unionize. To monitor compliance, we require regular third-party social audits from trusted independent bodies. When challenges arise, we work closely with suppliers to develop corrective action plans, supporting their progress and strengthening our relationship over time. We assess and follow up on risks in our supply chain on an ongoing basis, working closely with our suppliers to address any issues that arise. This approach not only helps improve individual factories but also contributes to a more responsible and transparent textile industry.
