Mini Rodini has been a proud member of the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) since 2016. This partnership helps us uphold high social standards in our supply chain and ensures that everyone involved in making our clothes works under fair and safe conditions.
All our suppliers are required to sign our Code of Conduct, which is aligned with Fair Wear’s Code of Labour Practices. It outlines the fundamental rights and working conditions that must be respected – including fair wages, safe workplaces, reasonable working hours, and the right to unionize.
To monitor compliance, we require regular third-party social audits from trusted independent bodies. When challenges arise, we work closely with suppliers to develop corrective action plans, supporting their progress and strengthening our relationship over time.
This approach not only helps improve individual factories, but also contributes to a more responsible and transparent textile industry. As part of our Fair Wear collaboration, we also participate in a joint living wage project in Türkiye, together with three other FWF member brands – supporting fairer pay for garment workers.
