If you live within EU are not fully satisfied with your product you always have the possibility to return your item within 14 days after you have received the item(s). You will receive a full refund for the item, excluding the return cost for the item. The product that you return must be in perfect condition, and not worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original labels still attached to each product. Also, it helps if the original receipt that comes with the shipment is enclosed together with the returned products so that we have all information. If you live outside the EU you may return and/or exchange your merchandize within 30 days after receiving your item(s).

Exchange of goods
If you receive, and/or have placed an order, and wish to exchange a product you need to (a) place a new order for the desired product (b) return the product and/or cancel the initial order containing the product. Please take notice that the products need to be in perfect condition, and not worn, used or washed. For further info on how to make a return, please read more under 'how to return'.
How to return
  1. Fill out the return form that was sent with your order. If you can't find it, you can use our online Returns Form, or print an order form to send with your package, print a new one. Let us know who you are, what you are sending back, what's wrong and if you need a refund or exchange and we will get on to it asap.
  2. Pack your garment in suitable package bag/box (we’d really like to try and keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much as possible). Mark your package Return Goods.
  3. Please ship the items in the post to us, We're not responsible for returns in transit so please use a recorded service to make sure they arrive safely. Returns/Exchanges should be sent to the following address: Mini Rodini Warehouse, Box 42183, 126 17 Stockholm, Sweden.
  4. We will take care of everything when your goods arrive back and we'll let you know if there's anything we need to talk to you about. Please remember that all costs for returns is yours. Unfortunately we cannot track your returned order, but if you have any queries, we are happy to help you. For claims or errors, however, Mini Rodini of course takes all additional charges.
  5. If your order was paid with a credit card, the money will be transferred to the card used at the purchase. If you used PayPal, the money will be returned to your PayPal account. These transactions can take up to 3-8 bank days.
  6. When we've accepted your return and transferred the money, you will here from us.
Costs for return
Mini Rodini is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Mini Rodini receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any other charges that may incur will not be refunded by Mini Rodini.

Klarna customers
If you chose Klarna as payment option and need to make a return, you only pay for the items that you are keeping + shipping and invoice fee. If the invoice is due before we have processed and/or accepted your return, please contact Klarna and they will sort if out for you. If you are returning a complete order, do not pay the invoice. Contact us as soon as possible so that we can credit the invoiced amount.

As a customer you are responsible for unboxing your order and checking that the goods are faultless as soon as possible after delivery. If you have received products that are damaged or if the good has another defect, please contact our customer service department via to get approval before returning the good(s) via waybill. Please always state your order number in the email. Please also attach a picture detailing the damage and/or defect. When returning the goods you as a customer are responsible for getting the goods back to us in desired condition. Turn the original packaging inside out and make sure to pack the items well. In the return form make sure to outline in writing the damage and/or defect as detailed as possible. Mini Rodini will compensate you costs incurred in returning the products if the goods are proven damaged and/or defect. Please observe that a wear and tear offset fee will be applied to outerwear, 1 years usage equals 20% off, 2 years usage equals 30% of the recommended retail price.
