1. TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all usage by online visitors and orders placed by customers of minirodini.com. By accepting these terms and conditions, you enter into an agreement with Mini Rodini AB, org. Nr 556779-7963, Alsnögatan 7,116 41 Stockholm, Sweden (hereafter mini rodini).
It’s the buyers obligation to accept and take notice of the terms and conditions before placing an order. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these Terms and Conditions. mini rodini reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless required by law.
2. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the website or with any purchase on the website shall be governed by applicable Swedish law. As mini rodini may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment, you are asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.
3. OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
All rights, including copyrights at minirodini.com remain with Mini Rodini and its subsidiaries. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
Before proceeding to payment, you can review your order, including your total price inclusive of VAT and shipping charges, and make changes if needed. You are bound by your order from the moment you confirm the order and the terms and conditions thereby stipulated have been fulfilled. This occurs once the order has been submitted and payment is confirmed. Please note that the order will not be valid if mini rodini cannot confirm the billing and shipping address(es) that you provide. Once you have confirmed your order you will receive an immediate online confirmation on your screen at the end of the checkout, as well as a digital order confirmation via email. This confirmation is a receipt of your order online. A digital delivery note is sent via email when your order is shipped. This is a confirmation of your delivery.
We only sell items that we have in stock. Garments may sell out during the shopping session, and stock availability will be updated once you reach the checkout. We cannot guarantee item availability online or in our stores via the website as some garments that can be seen online are only available, or may be sold out, in selected stores.
In certain collections you can order a maximum number of products and we reserve the right to change your order if the maximum number has been breached.
We reserve the right to alter/change/cancel an order in the event that stock levels have been incorrectly displayed by the time of the order placement.
All product information displayed on www.minirodini.com are subject to change.
4.1 "3 for 2" campaign
The “3 for 2” campaign means the cheapest product will be complimentary and is applicable on selected products. The price for the complimentary product will automatically be deducted at checkout. If you wish to return the complimentary product there will be no refund since this product was never paid for. If you wish to return a product you have paid for, but would like to keep the complimentary product, you no longer have the right to take part of the “3 for 2” campaign and will therefore have to pay for the complimentary product.
4.2 "Complimentary gift" campaign
The “Complimentary Gift” campaign means you’ll get a selected product for free when your order exceeds a certain order value. The order value and complimentary product varies depending on the campaign (e.g. order for 100 EUR and get a free cap). If you return parts of your order resulting in a new grand total lower than the order value limit set for the campaign, but choose to keep the complimentary product, you no longer have the right to take part of the campaign and will therefore have to pay for the gift.
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna. Pay in  days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order. Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email. Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated. The payment methods Pay in  days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement. Please check this list for all available payment methods in your market. The total charges for each order, including cost of product, freight and other costs is always authorized before capture.
Prices on minirodini.com are provided in the following currencies: EUR, SEK, GBP, DKK and USD. All prices are subject to change. Mini rodini cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the currencies we offer online.
6. DELIVERY & FREIGHT
The shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. mini rodini will dispatch the approved orders within 2-4 days (Monday-Friday) or as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. Exceptions to this may occur during releases, inventory management, bank holidays and sale periods when handling may take more time.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are dependent on the country where goods are shipped to and the choice of freight method. mini rodini is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially dispatched due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer will be informed about this as quickly as possible or at the latest 30 days after the order was placed. In this case, the consumer will be given the option to terminate the agreement, free of charge. mini rodini will refund the consumer in full, at the latest within 30 days after termination.
6.1 Shipping destinations and shipping fees
Shipping fees are specified in € (Euro), US Dollar (USD), Pound (GBP), DKK or SEK will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step. Actual freight cost are dependent on the country where goods are shipped to, the choice of freight method and the weight of the order.
We also provide the service Priority shipping for orders shipped with Fedex. The fees of priority is higher because the shipping time is shorter. The price will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.
6.2 Uncollected packages
Mini rodini will not pay shipping for uncollected packages. Customers will be charged with the cost of return freight and administrative fees.
6.3 Delivery charges
Prices include VAT when ordering to countries inside the EU. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Orders to Norway and the United States are subject to the following delivery terms: Delivery Duty Paid, including taxes and duty to you as a recipient of packages. minirodini.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivery At Place (DAP). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If any such additional charges occur they must be rendered by the customer in order for the package to clear customs. Please contact your local authorities for more information.
In the delivery note for your order you will receive a tracking-link via our partner Unifaun that is connected to your local forwarding agent. This link will provide you with information on the status of your order in terms of delivery. mini rodini is not responsible for faulty information provided by local forwarding agents.
6.5 Damaged goods/missing items
If you as a customer upon receiving your goods acknowledge that the shipment is visibly damaged from transportation you have the responsibility to report this to the local forwarding agent (PostNord/Fedex), this goes for both pick-up and home deliveries. If you as a customer upon unboxing your order acknowledge that the goods are damaged or that items are missing, you are responsible to contact mini rodini’s customer service within 7 days from delivery with your order number and shipment number from your local forwarding agent. The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return transport.
6.6 Faulty goods/information
If a situation occurs where the customer receives wrong and/or duplicate order(s) mini rodini reserves its right to get back all products in its original condition. The customer has to return it to mini rodini within 14 days of delivery with no exceptions. Mini rodini will compensate the cost of shipping.
At the event of products being sold due to incorrect pricing caused by technical problems and/or mistakes by personnel of mini rodini we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund the money and inform the customer of the situation.
7. CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF RETURN
7. 1 Return policy
For orders going within the EU, customers have the right to return any/all products purchased from our website (minirodini.com) within 14 days of receiving your order. If you want to send items back you can use the return slip and delivery note that’s included in the package. The return cost is 12 EUR/GBP, 90 DKK which will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed and accepted at our warehouse. For claims or errors, Mini Rodini takes additional charges. If customs and/or other additional costs arise these will be deducted from the credit invoice as well.
Returned item(s) must be in its original condition, it can not have been used or washed. The item(s) needs to have all Mini Rodini tags & labels still attached to each product, and needs to be sent back in its original bag. Item(s) not fulfilling this will not be accepted as a return.
All returned items from an order must be returned in one parcel. The parcel must be franked with a return slip and contain attached delivery note with the order number (both are included in your package at delivery). Unidentified parcels and items will not be approved. The customer is responsible for the return until we receive it at our warehouse. Once the return has been received at our warehouse it’s processed and inspected within 30 days. Approved returns will receive a full refund of the price for the returned item(s) using the same payment method used when purchasing your order. If you used PayPal the money will be returned to your PayPal account. Please note that these transactions can take up to five banking days. The return cost will be deducted from the refund. When we've accepted the return and transferred the money, the customer will hear from us.
If you acknowledge a production error the goods can be returned against a valid receipt and/or order confirmation. For faulty items mini rodini will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, mini rodini will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available for re-order, you are entitled to a full refund including cost of shipping and return.
mini rodini supports the consumer purchasing act (konsumentköplagen) in terms of cancellation policy as recommended by the Swedish Consumer Authority. The Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.
7.3. Changes to placed orders
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, we will begin handling your order. At this point you may not make any changes to your order. If there is any mistake made in registering customer contact or address details when placing the order, it is your responsibility to immediately contact mini rodini. mini rodini is not responsible for goods sent to an erroneous and/or incorrect address submitted by customers.
7.4. Exchange policy
We do not offer a direct exchange policy. If you wish to exchange an item(s), we ask you to return the item(s) wished to be exchanged and place a new order with the correct item(s). In you have any questions or concerns please contact our customer service.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
In case of force majeure, all obligations contracted by minirodini.com are procrastinated. In this case the contract between you and mini rodini can be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by mini rodini. With force majeure we refer to the event(s) of natural disasters, war, strikes, revolution, riot, import/export lockout and/or blockage, transportation interference, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service and/or disease whether this strikes us as an organization or one of our suppliers direct or indirect.
Mini rodini holds the right to cancel and refund any order(s) that are suspected to be made in a fraudulent or otherwise harmful way in order to secure the safety of our consumers’ transactions via our online services.
mini rodini reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site and/or forward information on transactions to authorities or payment provider. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
