Return & Exchange
For orders going within the EU, customers have the right to return any/all products purchased from our website (minirodini.com) within 14 days of receiving your order. If you want to send items back you can use the return slip and delivery note that’s included in the package. The return cost is 12 EUR/GBP, 90 DKK which will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed and accepted at our warehouse. For claims or errors, Mini Rodini takes additional charges. If customs and/or other additional costs arise these will be deducted from the credit invoice as well.
Returned item(s) must be in its original condition, it can not have been used or washed. The item(s) needs to have all Mini Rodini tags & labels still attached to each product, and needs to be sent back in its original bag. Item(s) not fulfilling this will not be accepted as a return.
All returned items from an order must be returned in one parcel. The parcel must be franked with a return slip and contain attached delivery note with the order number (both are included in your package at delivery). Unidentified parcels and items will not be approved. The customer is responsible for the return until we receive it at our warehouse. Once the return has been received at our warehouse it’s processed and inspected within 30 days. Approved returns will receive a full refund of the price for the returned item(s) using the same payment method used when purchasing your order. If you used PayPal the money will be returned to your PayPal account. Please note that these transactions can take up to five banking days. The return cost will be deducted from the refund. When we've accepted the return and transferred the money, the customer will hear from us.
How do I return my order?
You have the right to return any/all products purchased from our website (minirodini.com) within 14 days of receiving your order. Return your parcel by using attached return slip and delivery note. The return cost is 12 EUR/GBP, 90 DKK and will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed and accepted at our warehouse.
1. Fill in the return code and quantity in the delivery note for the products you want to return.
2. Pack your item(s) neatly in a suitable package/bag/box. Let's keep the waste to a minimum - re-use our packaging if possible.
3. Attach the return slip to the package, covering the existing waybill (make sure you cover the barcode)
4. Arrange a pickup according to one of the following alternatives:

• Schedule a pickup online via https://mydhl.express.dhl
Once we've accepted your return and transferred the money, you will here from us.

Have you received my return?
You can track your return with DHL here https://www.dhlparcel.com/ to see if you order have arrived at our warehouse.
When it arrives at our warehouse we will always try to handle it as fast as possible. We will send you and email once your return has been processed and refund have been transferred.

How long time does it take to handle a return?
Returns will be processed within 30 days after receiving them at our warehouse.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected within 30 days. Approved returns will receive full refund for returned item(s) using same payment method used when purchasing your order. You can expect it to be visible in your account within 5 business days.
When we've accepted your return and transferred the money, you will hear from us.
We do not offer a direct exchange service. If you wish to exchange an item(s), we ask you to return the item(s) wished to be exchanged and place a new order with the correct item(s). If you have any questions or concerns you are always welcome to contact our customer service via email@example.com
If I need to make a claim, what do I do?
As a customer you are responsible for unboxing your order and checking that the goods are faultless as soon as possible after delivery. If you have received products that are damaged or if the good has another defect, please contact our customer service department via firstname.lastname@example.org to get approval before returning the good(s) via waybill. Please always state your order number in the email. Please also attach a picture detailing the damage and/or defect. When returning the goods you as a customer are responsible for getting the goods back to us in desired condition.
Turn the original packaging inside out and make sure to pack the items well. In the return form make sure to outline in writing the damage and/or defect as detailed as possible. Mini Rodini will compensate you costs incurred in returning the products if the goods are proven damaged and/or defect.
Please observe that a wear and tear offset fee will be applied to outerwear, 1 years usage equals 20% off, 2 years usage equals 30% of the recommended retail price.
