How to shop

Placing an order
Just go to www.minirodini.com to browse through the different categories. No matter what product you're viewing you can always find all our categories at the top of the page. When you have found an item, select your size and click on "add to shopping bag". The item is saved in the cart. To continue shopping, simply go back and browse through the categories/items. You can review your shopping bag at any time by clicking on “Shopping bag” at top of the page. You can edit and remove items in your bag. This is also where you proceed to checkout once you've made up your mind. When you are ready, click on view shopping bag and then checkout, or go directly via any product page.

In the checkout fill in all the information necessary in order to make the purchase. Please follow the instructions in the checkout and make sure you've got the right product, size and number of pieces before you move on. Select your payment method and make sure the delivery address is correct. When you have filled in all mandatory information, click the agree to terms and conditions box. Press confirm and you will see a summary of your order which will also be sent to you by email.

After an order is placed
After you are finished, you will receive an Order confirmation to the email address you specified in the registration of your account or payment process. The order confirmation will contain the following information:
Order date / Order id / Order summary / Delivery address

At the time when you receive this email, your ordered items are being processed and will usually be dispatched within 24 hours.

Shipping confirmation
A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email you specified in the registration of your account as soon as your order has been dispatched. The shipment will contain:
Your ordered items / Invoice / Tracking-number (via FedEx)

Change of existing order
We start to process your order as soon as you place it so that you receive your items as quickly as possible. This means that if you change your mind or realise that you have made a mistake after placing your order, there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. So, if you have any questions about an order you have placed or would like to make any changes, please contact the Customer Service team as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse before you can cancel or change it, simply return it to us for a refund when you receive it and place a new order.

Cookies
A cookie is a small text file sent from a website and stored locally on the visitor's hard drive (your computer). We use cookies to save information such as the country you selected during your first visit and if you choose for your log in details to be remembered for future visits. This means that you don't have to select your country or re-type your username and password every time you visit us from your personal computer. We never use cookies to store personal information about you (such as card number, address or what you buy). Cookies are only used to enhance your browsing experience or to enable us to track the number of visitors to different pages.
