Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer with Mini Rodini AB, at minirodini.com. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.minirodini.com. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these Terms and Conditions. We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

We recommend that you download our Terms and Conditions to keep a copy for your reference.

5. RIGHT OF RETURN/CANCELLATION
a. Our policy
You have the right to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. During this period we trust that you will treat the product and its packaging with care.
During this period of 14 calendar days you have the right to cancel, which means that you are allowed to change your mind and send back the goods you have received –as far as this is reasonably possible – in the original state and packaging, without any obligations from your side, apart from the return shipping fees to our warehouse in Stockholm. If you want to do this, you must send back the goods undamaged and unused, and any MINI RODINI labels or tags must be intact.
Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund. For faulty items MINI RODINI will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible upon receipt of the goods and within 30 days, beginning with the date of receipt of the goods.

b. Underwear and Swimwear
For hygienic reasons underwear, swimwear can only be returned if unworn and the protecting packaging is unbroken (faulty goods can of course be returned).

c. Faulty goods
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return.
